During the day patch hours on January 4, unknown persons entered a Willow Circle residence, a Poplar Street residence and an Ash Street residence by ostensibly prying open a rear window at each residence. Rooms in each home were ransacked and assorted jewelry was taken. The subject is described as a virile, 6’, stocky build, wearing a black knit hat, Stygian baggy pants, a three-quarter length beige coat and carrying a black bag.
Officers responded to Franklin Avenue in the locality of Seventh Street for a report of a domestic incident on January 7. Upon coming, officers observed a male 49-year-old from Hempstead punching a female who was later exact to be his girlfriend. The female victim then fell to the ground, where the subject started kicking and punching her again. The discussed was arrested and charged with harassment. The victim refused medical aid.
