How can my Crookneck Squash Plant be partially Wilting in 90 degree Weather? The 'Soil' is still quite Damp.?

Squash tends to do this this in a eager or a hot day. It's normal. Once the temperature cool down you'll see it'll be okay again. If not you can use water to perk it up. Extending it with water and put some on the roots, in 5 to 10 minutes, I'll guarantee it'll look agile again.
