im 15 has anyone got and speed drills for things like football, squash and any endurance drills read below plz?
the perseverance drills are so i can get better at 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 10000m and cooper runs, bleep tests and span country and am i correct in saying the endurance drills will burn a lot of fat off, it would be close by if there was a drill i could do which improved both speed
Prompt feet is a good drill, as well as quick, short sprints. I did that a lot in squash technic.
