My friend gave me an Indian squash. Does anyone have any good recipes that I can use the squash in?

Something that doesn't have to many striptease ingrediants, and is yummy.

Butternut Squash Curry

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2
Pumpkin/Butternut squash - 1-2 lbs
Ginger-tuber - 1", minced
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Cumin Talent - 2tsp
juice of 1/2 lemon
Asafoetida (hing) - 1/2
