How do I bake spaghetti squash? My microwave just died after one minute of cooking and I need this for dinner?

PS I don't desperate straits a recipe, I just need to have the plain squash cooked so I can add the lip. Thank you!
PPS, I already took out the seeds and cut it into 4 pieces because that's what it said to do on the squash to microwave it. :(

Put it cut side down on a cookie panel and put it in the oven (350-400). You can cover it loosly with foil to keep the exposed cut sides from flaming. Check it in about 20-30 minutes. When the squash starts pulling away from the sides with a fork, you're done!
