Looking for a good dish that uses zucchinni and squash, but other ingredients as well?

I'm looking to include zucchinni and squash into dinner tonight, but I'd like to do it with other ingredients so they vegetables aren't the pre-eminent thing.

Does anyone have any good recipes?
The main goal for this is that we went on a vacation for a week
