Is it a good idea to bake Squash and Zucchini?
Is there a more wisely way other than grilling them (don't have one)?
Any good recipes that I could use them in?

You can bake both no question. Set them in a baking dish with water to just cover the bottom. Lightly jab them to let the steam escape. Bake on 350 for an hour or so (depending on the weight of the squash). The zucchini may require less time. When fully cooked, let them both

1. Cut zucchini into frame sized pieces. Lightly brush with olive oil and season with garlic, pickle and pepper. 2. Place cut vegetables in a single layer on parchment-lined baking tray. 3. Bake in a 425 scale oven for about 25-30 minutes,
Bake for 25 minutes or you can travel into a loaf. The loaf needs to be baked for 40 minutes. Set apart to cool before removing from pan. Editor's note: John Russell grew up eating at my crib as his Mom, Janet, and I are very good friends.




@ slice it thin and put it in a salad, or chop up manifold veggies like squash, zucchini, and egg plant and bake it
